I will be losing weight with HCG,I know some of you may be wondering what in the world is that??? well you can google it to find out more information about it from different sources but im going to also give some insight on what i know and what i will be doing.
Well 1st off the hcg weight loss program is in 3 phases from what i found.
p1 is the loading phase
Basically you will load up on fatty foods..whatever u can get ur hands on..fast food donuts cookies chips anything basically. and i would do this for 2-4 days..for this 1st round i will be doing it for 4 days.
p2 is VLCD (very low calorie diet) while taking the hcg drops.
for 26-40 days.usually between 500 and 600 cals but closer to 500 and you will get better results.
After you finish your 26-40 days plus the additional 3 days then u slowly add oils and fats back into your diet (cheese, bacon, butter, cooking oil, etc.). NO CARBS OR SUGARS. You do this for 3 weeks. You are still getting on the scale every day. You want to try to maintain your current weight, try not to gain more than 3lbs or lose more than 3lbs.
then after that u can start over or once u reach ur goal u can go to phase 4
(Maintenance): After those three weeks, you can add carbs and sugars. Do this for 3 weeks. You are still getting on the scale every day. You want to try to maintain your weight, try not to gain more than 3lbs or lose more than 3lbs. Lifestyle change.
