Losing weight with HCG

Thats right!!!!
I will be losing weight with HCG,I know some of you may be wondering what in the world is that??? well you can google it to find out more information about it from different sources but im going to also give some insight on what i know and what i will be doing.

Well 1st off the hcg weight loss program is in 3 phases from what i found.

p1 is the loading phase
Basically you will load up on fatty foods..whatever u can get ur hands on..fast food donuts cookies chips anything basically. and i would do this for 2-4 days..for this 1st round i will be doing it for 4 days.

p2 is VLCD (very low calorie diet) while taking the hcg drops.
for 26-40 days.usually between 500 and 600 cals but closer to 500 and you will get better results.

After you finish your 26-40 days plus the additional 3 days then u slowly add oils and fats back into your diet (cheese, bacon, butter, cooking oil, etc.). NO CARBS OR SUGARS. You do this for 3 weeks. You are still getting on the scale every day. You want to try to maintain your current weight, try not to gain more than 3lbs or lose more than 3lbs.

then after that u can start over or once u reach ur goal u can go to phase 4

(Maintenance): After those three weeks, you can add carbs and sugars. Do this for 3 weeks. You are still getting on the scale every day. You want to try to maintain your weight, try not to gain more than 3lbs or lose more than 3lbs. Lifestyle change.

so i will be starting this program on friday..so yeah..
i will be vlogging a lot more than writing on here but i will do my best to get a Blog entry up.
hope everyone had a fantastic christmas and i hope everyone has a great new years eve and stay safe. and im ready to start this new year with my new lifestyle.

Introducing My New Lifestyle Change

Hey Everyone,
My name is Renee.
Im 25 years old.
I have been married for almost 5 years to my best friend.
My husband is in the navy.
so the point of this NEW blog is because my husband will
be deploying in feb 2011. and I will be starting my Weight
loss journey once hes left.
the reason I have not started now is because
I would like to spend as much time with him as i possibly can.
and not have to worry about limitations. once i do start my journey
there will be NO going back like i have in the past.
I want to completely transform myself inside and out while he is away.
now im still going to be the same woman...just with more self respect and self love and self confidence.
I am interested in meeting others who are on the same journey, and others who want to encourage me while i am on this journey! its going to be a long 13 months. lol but i will be on here doing this blog often. and I will be making Videos on my youtube channel Survivn1stDeployment I did have a youtube account before called Fromthick2thin. but i decided to start Fresh!!! I want a new start because i will be having a new outlook on life. one of the main reasons i am doing this journey is so that i can become healthy, and so my husband and i can make a family together. I want to have a healthy pregnancy. anyways i will be making a video explaining more. so check out my youtube where you can see my weigh ins and lots more!
