Loving being healthy

So lately Ive noticed that I'm loving being healthy again.
I enjoy eating fruit and veggies,and drinking water. but
I am really enjoying the way i feel these days. Being
healthy really is better, I cant get over how just living
life making better food choices can change a persons mood
and attitude. I finally dont feel like this is a diet,and its more a lifestyle
Its who i WANT to be forever. Just wanted to let everyone know this
journey is a learning thing as well as finding who you are. and i finally feel
like im on the right track. and like ive started to find who i am inside.

Weigh in..

Hey Hey everyone!
so my weigh in was on tuesday...and if u didnt watch my video on YT
I lost 8.4lbs this weigh in and im hoping to have a good weigh in next week. :)
just wanted to update those who follow my Blog.

Well I will do my best to start updating more..posting recipes and pictures of food and body shots
and all that fun stuff!

its been awhile....

So yes it has been awhile since I've updated this blog.

So I am going to update on here as much as I can since I havent made any videos
to give an update either.
Well I have started Weight Watchers,I have been on it for almost 2 weeks and I feel this
program is helping me a great deal i really think its working for me. I have almost lost 10lbs.
My husband recently Bought me a BodyBugg and It's really neat how it works. If you are not sure
what a bodybugg is Goggle it,lol its pretty cool how its works. it kind of gives me a proper idea of how much calories i am burning a day and if i need to step up my game and get in some working out. i really like it a lot.
i do highly recommend having one if you can fit it in your budget. WE actually saved to buy mine. but anyways things seem to be going awesome weight loss wise. The hubby also recently had his appendix removed so ive been taking care of him,hes kind of back to doing his own thing now though. So thats good. he will be leaving 13 days from today,makes me sad...but im trying to accept the whole idea of him being gone for so long so that when he does leave I'm not freakin out and getting all depressed. i know that would mess up my journey and i dont want that at all..im on a roll right now lol
anyways that's pretty much it for now if you are subbed to my Youtube channel you will see a more thorough update soon.

Losing weight with HCG

Thats right!!!!
I will be losing weight with HCG,I know some of you may be wondering what in the world is that??? well you can google it to find out more information about it from different sources but im going to also give some insight on what i know and what i will be doing.

Well 1st off the hcg weight loss program is in 3 phases from what i found.

p1 is the loading phase
Basically you will load up on fatty foods..whatever u can get ur hands on..fast food donuts cookies chips anything basically. and i would do this for 2-4 days..for this 1st round i will be doing it for 4 days.

then...

p2 is VLCD (very low calorie diet) while taking the hcg drops.
for 26-40 days.usually between 500 and 600 cals but closer to 500 and you will get better results.


p3
After you finish your 26-40 days plus the additional 3 days then u slowly add oils and fats back into your diet (cheese, bacon, butter, cooking oil, etc.). NO CARBS OR SUGARS. You do this for 3 weeks. You are still getting on the scale every day. You want to try to maintain your current weight, try not to gain more than 3lbs or lose more than 3lbs. 

then after that u can start over or once u reach ur goal u can go to phase 4

(Maintenance): After those three weeks, you can add carbs and sugars. Do this for 3 weeks. You are still getting on the scale every day. You want to try to maintain your weight, try not to gain more than 3lbs or lose more than 3lbs. Lifestyle change.


so i will be starting this program on friday..so yeah..
i will be vlogging a lot more than writing on here but i will do my best to get a Blog entry up.

day 1

Hey Everyone!
its day number one!!!!! I have been anticipating this day.
So far everything seems to be going well. I actually feel pretty good.
not feeling any hunger or anything like that. i dont feel sleepy and no headaches today.
Im thinkin this whole healthy thing is gonna work out for me. :)
the hubby comes back on weds and then leaves again 3 days later.
But yeah so i did my 45 min workout today and maybe later ill go walk around the mall.
Im actually enjoying life lol. i know its the 1st day but i feel so good inside i dont even know how to explain it.
Anyways im off for now,hope everyone is having a great day.
